This is an exciting time to join the team, with several significant property projects underway.Core to the role is working with the business to provide leadership and direction in financial planning and management, driving sound strategic financial decision making.Based in Wellington and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work alongside a Management Accountant to provide seamless financial support to the Property Team. In this role, you will deliver budgeting support, financial advice, and timely, accurate information to inform operational and investment decisions.We are looking for people who have an eye for quality, strong relationship skills, and that are focused on process improvement.
