You will be a dynamic and energetic leader, with experience in team performance and development. You will also ensure our revenue goals are met and aligned with Hyatts strategic priorities, whilst meeting colleague, client, and owner expectations.Main ResponsibilitiesUndertake weekly sales, prospective, and account management callsDrive revenue and increase market share across all market segmentsAttend sales trips to key market citiesAttend major travel and trade shows and corporate functions to promote the hotelWork with Director of Sales & Marketing and broader events team to support conversionMaintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotelEnsure all Hyatt standards relating to sales, profitability and marketing are followedSupport the Events team in the successful planning and execution of eventsHave a strong strategic understanding of market opportunities and future trendsAssist with daily management, development, and leadership of a sales teamTo be successful in this role, ideally you will have:Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Manager role is essential. Experience within a hotel environment is preferred.Proven experience leading & developing a teamHigh level of both written and verbal communicationExperience with Envision is highly regardedFlexibility around working days and hours as required by the businessHigh level of both written and verbal communicationAbility to work to tight deadlines when requiredFull Australian Working RightsA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
