Working closely with Elders Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure strategic priorities and initiatives are aligned with financial and growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Strategy Analyst, you will:Support the development of Elders strategy and annual operating planPrepare strategy documents, board presentations, and market analysis reportsConduct deep-dive reviews of business units, acquisitions, and market opportunitiesDeliver customer insights through survey programs and performance metrics (e.g. NPS)Analyse trends across agriculture and retail to inform CEO and marketing communicationsCollaborate with Finance to prepare investor presentations and updatesAbout YouTo be successful, you have:Previous experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or investment bankingTertiary qualification in Business, Finance or related fieldStrong financial modelling, research, and analytical skillsBackground or familiarity of the Australian agriculture and/or retail industry (highly valued)Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex information clearly, to audiences at all levels of the organisationCollaborative and self-motivated approach, with the ability to independently drive pieces of workConfidence engaging with senior stakeholders and the ability to bring cross-functional teams togetherAbout EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
