Your role will be key to maintaining the high standards and strong reputation of our growing portfolio.Your ResponsibilitiesManage a mixed portfolio of commercial office, retail, and industrial propertiesHandle lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and market assessmentsCoordinate maintenance and contractor services, ensuring compliance and qualityManage budgets, outgoings, and financial reportingOversee tenant relations and ensure a positive leasing experienceConduct regular property inspections and compliance checksWork closely with the accounts and asset management teams to deliver resultsWhat Youll BringMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial property managementProven ability to manage mixed-use portfolios (commercial/retail/industrial)Strong communication and relationship-building skills with tenants and landlordsHigh level of organisational and time management skillsProficiency in property management software (Cirrus 8 experience highly regarded)A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detailThe Company Join a trusted, South Australian-based property group with a long-standing portfolio and strong industry relationships.
