Based in South Australia and reporting directly to the CFO, this role is crucial in ensuring efficient and accurate operations in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cashflow management.Youll lead a small, capable team and play a key role in promoting a customer-focused culture while delivering strong financial processes and improvements. From managing letters of credit and trade loans to supporting system transformation projects, this is a high-impact role that combines leadership, technical skills, and collaboration.Why This Is the Role for You:Lead a dedicated finance admin team across multiple entitiesCollaborate closely with leadership on cashflow and credit controlChampion business improvements and digital finance transformationWork with purpose in a company that values relationships and resultsYour Responsibilities:Lead and support Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, ensuring timely and accurate processingOversee daily cashflow and manage letters of credit and trade loansMaintain strong internal controls and confidentiality with financial informationCollaborate with business units to resolve queries and improve finance processesProvide financial insights and reporting to the CFO, Board, and senior leadersAssist with audit requirements, recommendations and implementationManage cashflow projections and prepare reconciliations for international accountsActively contribute to finance system improvements and digital transformation projectsHandle international payments and ensure smooth banking processesLead debtor collections and manage relationships with collection agencies where requiredWhat Were Looking For:A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (Bachelor level or higher)Minimum 5 years experience in a similar finance team leadership roleStrong experience in AR/AP operations and high-volume reconciliationSound knowledge of GST, FBT, and financial reporting requirementsProven success in leading teams and improving finance processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and under pressureExperience using Microsoft Suite, with knowledge of NetSuite or Pronto (advantageous)A proactive, people-first leader with a focus on outcomes and innovationWhat We Offer:A rewarding leadership role in a values-driven Australian businessGenerous staff discounts and access to premium haircare productsA collaborative workplace culture that celebrates innovation and initiativeReady to Lead With Us?
