Add expected salary to your profile for insightsIconic Property & Security Services is seeking a highly experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our growing business across both cleaning and security divisions.This is a senior leadership position responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic input. You''ll ensure accuracy, accountability, and alignment with regulatory and operational requirements, while supporting the Managing Director and senior leadership team.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day financial operations across both property and security entitiesPrepare fortnightly and monthly reports including Labour to Sales, P&L, and cash-flow projectionsEnsure compliance with all tax, payroll, superannuation and financial legislationLiaise with external accountants, insurers, and relevant stakeholdersManage contract financial onboarding, pricing updates, and site setup in NavisionSupport decision-making through clear reporting and financial analysisQualified accountant (CA/CPA)Bachelors degree in accounting or financeMinimum 5 years'' experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of relevant financial legislation and compliance requirementsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision)Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skillsExceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilityThis is an outstanding opportunity for a driven and experienced finance professional looking to make a real impact in a fast-growing business.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
