Specialising in premium caravans and motorhomes, we offer sales, service, and parts across multiple Queensland locations. We are now seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our leadership team in Arundel to oversee all financial and operational accounting functions.This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone with dealership experience, strong financial acumen, and a passion for process improvement and business support.What Youll Be Doing:Lead and manage all day-to-day accounting functions across multiple dealership locations.Prepare monthly management reports, P&Ls, and rolling forecasts.Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis.Ensure full compliance with tax, audit, and statutory financial obligations (including BAS, GST, and payroll tax).Maintain accurate vehicle stock control, floorplan finance reporting, and costing.Lead and execute end-of-month and end-of-year close, including reconciliations.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.Manage procurement and supplier contracts to support operational efficiency.Oversee payroll processing and ensure initial HR compliance and reporting.Work closely with banks and finance providers to manage floorplans and funding lines.Utilise the dealer management system (DMS) to manage stock, reporting, and financial integration.What Youll Bring to the Role:Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
