The role provides expert strategic advice to the Group Chief Executive (GCE) and Executive team members, as well as Human Resources oversight to ensure the organisations strategic operational objectives are attained.The CPCLO is accountable for strategically leading the management and transformation of Maters PeopleStrategy with a focus on cultivating a positive growth orientated environment that attracts, invests and retains talent.We are our Mission.
