This newly created position reports to four Company Directors and plays a pivotal role in driving performance across strategy, finance, HR, marketing, compliance, and day-to-day operations.This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad leadership role with scope to influence, modernise systems, lead high-performing teams, and contribute to the long-term success of one of the regions most respected firms.The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic execution, financial oversight with a key focus on people leadership, and continuous improvement of business operations.
