The role involves managing infrastructure projects at local, national, and international levels. The ideal candidate will have experience leading civil, structural, water, or energy projects for government and contractor clients, with expertise in negotiating various contract forms, including Design Only, Design & Construct (D&C), and Alliances.As a Project Leader, you will balance strong commercial acumen with the ability to build long-term client relationships by ensuring project delivery meets their needs and expectations.Role accountabilities:Provide effective leadership to project teams, guide and advise, lead by example, and champion a quality culture.Lead the development of Arcadis Project Management offerings in Australia through high-quality service delivery, business development, and brand enhancement.Manage project performance, service delivery, and commercial outcomes with governance, financial controls, and risk management.Apply project management principles to improve processes and controls.Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.Communicate effectively, including leading client presentations, workshops, and training.Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and mutually beneficial outcomes.Represent Arcadis on various committees and leadership teams.Mentor and develop project team members to reach their full potential.Qualifications & Experience:We seek a candidate with leadership qualities aligned with our culture of inclusion, accountability, and sustainability.
