ACRWORLD has partnered with Nordex Oceania, a leading global wind OEM to recruit for a Senior Project Manager/Director to lead the delivery one of Australias largest onshore wind farms, a $1bi+ project soon entering construction phase.We are seeking an experienced project manager/project directorto lead the full execution of the TSI package and balance of plant (BoP) and client interfaces, representing Nordex in all matters of project delivery and stakeholder management.About the RoleAs part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and on-budget delivery of a large grid-connected wind farm project, while managing both upstream and downstream relationships.You will oversee a site-based delivery team and interface with cross-functional Nordex teams, ensuring contractual obligations, project governance, and stakeholder expectations are met across safety, quality, time, and cost.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan the construction delivery for a large wind farm projectOversee end-to-end delivery of the TSI package and coordination with the client and BoP subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are metDrive the project towards successful completion within specified timelinesPrepare regular progress reports, financial statements, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholdersManage contracts, variations, risk mitigation, and reporting in line with governance standardsChampion a strong HSEQ culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and environmental obligationsAbout You10+ years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects - previous wind experience is highly regarded!Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing contracts, budgets, and financial aspects of projectsExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teamsA results-oriented leader with a track record of delivering high-value, high-complexity assetsFamiliarity with OEM, EPC or BoP scopes in the wind sector is highly regardedWhy Join Nordex?At Nordex, youll be part of a global team driving the renewable energy transition through innovation and technical excellence.
