The practice assists Federal, State and Local government clients with complex administrative law and regulatory matters including statutory investigations and reviews, administrative and regulatory litigation, information, data and privacy as well as human rights and general advisory.In this impactful practice you will also enjoy the benefits of working in a collaborative and dynamic group, where respect and support is a constant, flexible/hybrid work can be accommodated and success is celebrated as a team.Skills & experienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:2-5 PQE in either private practice and/or in-house Government experienceA strong work ethic; highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - required for building client relationships and maintaining a positive team environmentExcellent drafting and writing skills, including drafting reports, advices and litigation documentsA desire to learn and genuine interest in administrative lawA proven track record of prioritising your time across a number of busy mattersAn interest in governmentIn addition to this, we''re looking for a resilient, self-starter; someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.The Public Sector teamOur National Public Sector group is widely regarded to be the premier private government practice in the country and has a wealth of talent and experience within the team.The team helps a range of Commonwealth and State Government departments and agencies with some of their most interesting, significant and technically challenging programs and projects.
