Its work you can feel good about.The opportunityThe General Manager, Mornington will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Home. This pivotal role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for residents, families, and staff. The General Manager will lead operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. With a focus on strategic planning, team development, and community engagement, this role is key to sustaining a thriving and compassionate aged care environmentThe important role youll playLeveraging Regis resources and systems, success will be built upon a customer and commercial focus, strong internal relationships and the ability to effectively implement company programs within the Home.Key to your success as the General Manager at our Mornington Home will be:Delivering optimal business outcomesDriving accountability across the teamEnsuring that the Home is compliant with the Aged Care Accreditation standardsManaging a culture of safety leadershipFostering a continuous improvement culture and approach across the HomeProviding strong leadership, coaching and development to engage and motivate a high-performance teamManaging a strong talent pipeline for the HomeWhat You''ll Bring To The RoleTertiary qualifications / Degree, and Post Graduate Qualifications (highly regarded) in a relevant discipline.Current, satisfactory police check.Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australian.Health and/or aged care experience as a senior leader (preferable).Demonstrated commercial acumen, within a services environment.Proven hands-on approach with a focus on customer service and leadership.Demonstrated capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team.A robust approach to time management and a demonstrated ability to work within deadlines.Proven track record in financial, human and asset management.Proven ability to implement change to achieve desired results and lead service assessment, planning and implementation.Knowledge of aged care funding (preferable but not essential).Knowledge of the application of Federal, State and Local Government Regulations,Statutes, Acts as they pertain to all aspects of operating within the aged care sector (preferable but not essential).Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.What Our People Love About Working HereAs a team that supports older people to live life on their terms, we genuinely care - for our people, our work and the elderly.
