The site produces a staggering 35 tonnes of lactoferrin extract annually.Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Capability VIC & TAS, you will support optimal site performance for two of our manufacturing sites, Koroit and Port Melbourne. You will be based at our Koroit site with travel to Port Melbourne site ideally twice each month.As the People and Capability Partner it will be your role to ensure that change initiatives are well-supported to deliver high-quality products safely and with high employee engagement.When required, you will use your expertise in case management, injury management and industrial relations.
