As General Manager, youll play a vital role in shaping strategic direction while ensuring excellence in daily operations.The RoleReporting to the President and Board, the General Manager will:Oversee the full spectrum of club operations course, clubhouse, staffing, events, and administrationDrive strategic planning and implementation in collaboration with the Board and committeesLead and develop staff, enhance systems, and cultivate a high-performance cultureDeliver outstanding member experience across all touchpointsManage financial planning, reporting, and compliancePartner with the Course Superintendent to maintain top-tier course standardsRepresent the Club to stakeholders and develop community and commercial partnershipsThe Ideal CandidateWere seeking a dynamic, people-focused leader who is confident in operations and brings a blend of commercial thinking and emotional intelligence.
