You''ll provide strategic leadership across multiple teams, embed a culture of safety and performance, and lead transformative initiatives that align with our growth strategy. This is a rare chance to shape the future of manufacturing operations in a high-impact, purpose-driven business.What Youll DoLead operational functions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Collections, and Processing.Embed performance culture through clear KPIs and continuous improvement.Drive safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with WHS, ISO, and QMS standards.Champion operational excellence using LEAN, Six Sigma, and digital systems integration.Lead operational readiness for expansion, automation, and ERP optimisation.Mentor and develop high-performing teams and succession planning initiatives.What Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.Exceptional leadership attributes to develop and motivate teams at all levels in the business.Certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma and WHS compliance.20 years of proven senior leadership experience across operations, preferably in manufacturing, biotechnology, life sciences, or industrial sectors.Demonstrated success in leading multi-function operations with measurable outcomes in safety, quality, cost, and service.A strong ability to oversee and drive projects to successful delivery.
