Our clinic is located next to some great Cafes (for the best coffee, hot choccies and lunches!) and is only 15 mins drive away from the stunning Gold Coast Beaches, and a short 5 mins drive from Robina Town Center.Our clinic includes 2 spacious consult rooms, surgical theatre, Xray, Ultrasound and separate cat and dog wards. Due to our size, this clinic would suit a first time or experienced manager alike!Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and our dedicated team of veterinary professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinary professionals and support staffFoster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes exceptional patient care and client satisfactionOperational Excellence:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenanceEnsure compliance with veterinary standards and regulationsClient Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns promptlyImplement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfactionFinancial Management:Work closely with the regional management team to achieve financial targets and budgetsMonitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable(It''s okay if you have never seen a P&L before - We will teach you!)Marketing and Community Engagement:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clientsEngage with the local community to build awareness of the clinic''s servicesQualifications And SkillsCert IV in Veterinary Nursing (Desirable but not essential)Proven experience in a managerial role or senior nurse role within the veterinary industry (1-2 years at least is ideal)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of veterinary practice operations and industry regulationsBusiness acumen and financial management skillsCustomer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding client serviceReady to make waves and put your best paw forward?
