This fantastic opportunity will enable you to elevate and shape your career and gain experience across multiple industry sectors as well as across functions within the EY Parthenon network.Your key responsibilitiesSupport of audit team in the peer review of valuation for financial reportingSupport pre and post transaction activities by undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia.Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability AccommodationPrepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development propertiesInvestigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clientsProvide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a variety projects and transactions for income - producing and development assetsAssist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and property development advisoryProvide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classesProvide market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leaderships papersSkills and attributes for successIdeally, youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.
