You will engage with senior leaders across the Group, as well as product and service owners, to manage their communications programs and providing employee experience advisory support.You will be hands-on in the delivery of engagement projects and events. You will understand what great employee experience and effective change looks like, with the confidence to provide sound strategic advice in these areas.
