Across the state, we are dedicated to offering exceptional care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians.About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at Junipers head office in Balcatta. In this pivotal role, youll contribute to the financial sustainability of our aged care services through accurate reporting, strategic analysis, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.Youll be responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple aged care funding streams. Your work will ensure regulatory compliance, support effective grant management, and provide key financial insights that guide strategic decisions and long-term sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Annual Consolidated Financial Reports (ACFR) and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across all care streamsCompile Quarterly Financial Reports (QFR) for internal and external useConduct financial benchmarking and submissions including Stewart BrownPerform monthly P&L reviews, variance analysis, and trend forecastingDeliver ad hoc Prophix reporting and support for Board and executive updatesDevelop financial reports for grant agreements and government obligationsPrepare and maintain annual budgets and reforecasts for HCP, TCP, and NATSIFACConduct rolling forecasts and scenario modellingAlign budgets with service delivery in collaboration with operational teamsResolve financial queries from community teams and grant stakeholdersDeliver training on reporting tools and financial systemsEngage with grant providers and regulatory bodies to ensure complianceManage financial allocations and segment-aligned journal postingsPrepare semi-annual NATSIFAC reports and oversee grant expenditure trackingMonitor sector reforms and provide guidance on financial implicationsKey Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or CA qualification (highly desirable)In-depth knowledge of aged care sector regulations and funding modelsStrong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and complianceDemonstrated experience in working with auditors and funding bodiesProficiency in systems such as Epicor, Medius, AvantCare, Prophix, PowerBiAdvanced financial analysis and modelling skillsExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesWhy Juniper?Base salary $120,000 p/a + 11.5% superSalary Package up to $18,550 per annum tax freeBe part of a passionate team making a real differenceJuniperks: an online platform that unlocks exclusive retail discounts, employee perks, wellness initiatives and peer acknowledgementHow to Apply:If you are a finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact in aged care, wed love to hear from you.
