Were looking for a visionary Director of People & Culture to lead our Customer Service and Supply Chain (CSSC) function across Australia and the Pacific a community of 2,500+ employees across 15 manufacturing and distribution sites.This is more than a leadership role its a chance to drive transformation, foster a culture of excellence, and leave a lasting impact on our people and business.As a key member of the APAC People & Culture Leadership Team, the Global CSSC P&C Community, and the CSSC Executive Leadership Team, youll:Craft and execute a multi-year people strategy aligned with our global vision and local ambitions.Partner with senior leaders to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.Lead and inspire a team of experienced P&C Business Partners across the region.Champion culture, capability, and change, ensuring our people thrive through transformation and growth.What You Will Be DoingBuild and deliver a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.Collaborate globally and regionally to align initiatives with strategic priorities.Provide executive coaching and strategic advice to senior leaders.Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational change.Lead workforce optimisation and labour cost benchmarking programs.Partner with Centres of Expertise to shape and deploy impactful people initiatives.Navigate complex employee relations and industrial relations matters with confidence and care.LETS TALK ABOUT YOU!10+ years in senior People & Culture leadership roles.Proven experience partnering with executive teams in complex environments.Deep understanding of supply chain or manufacturing operations.Strong grasp of employment law and industrial relations.Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.A data-driven mindset and a passion for people and performance.A Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?This is your opportunity to lead at scale, influence globally, and make a real difference in the lives of thousands of employees.
