Join to apply for the Media Analytics Director role at OMD AustraliaJoin to apply for the Media Analytics Director role at OMD AustraliaDirect message the job poster from OMD AustraliaAs a Media Analytics Director, you will play a critical role in connecting data science insights from Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to actionable recommendations across the clients media and marketing strategies.This role will lead the ongoing delivery of the results and collaborate with activation, trading, planning and strategy teams to ensure that the modelling outputs are distilled into valuable insight and practical optimisation strategies.What youll do:Deliver actionable recommendations by analysing insights derived from MMM models, ensuring they are effectively implemented across the clients media and marketing strategiesEnsure model outputs are actionable by reviewing recommendations and integrating market-specific knowledgeFacilitate smooth communication and collaboration between client and agency teams, ensuring seamless coordination of data procedures and processesWork closely with Data Science, Business Intelligence, Insights, and Analytics teams to oversee data flow management, taxonomy, and competitive inputs into modellingLead the reporting and presentation of MMM results including Monthly Updates, Quarterly Reviews, and Annual ReportsProvide training and ongoing non-technical support for the MMM dashboard, ensuring new teams and employees are well-preparedWhat youll need:Strong understanding of MMM methodologies, including the ability to interpret model outputs, assess accuracy and apply insights to media and marketing strategies.Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking skills and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insightsProficiency in data manipulation and analysisHighly experienced working with Excel/SpreadsheetsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholdersProficiency in designing and delivering training programs, particularly for MMM dashboards and related toolsStrong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced growth environmentExperience in media and marketing industryWhat''s in it for you?Access to top tier clients and complex business challengesContinuous development through our mixed learning approachAll the tools, equipment and mentors you need to be successful in your roleOur organisation encourages diversity, supports charities and environmental initiativesWe have a bright, open plan and dog friendly office (we love our furry friends)We encourage and fully support flexible workingParental leaveA little bit about us...We are a proud part of the OMD global network, the world''s leading marketing and communications agency.
