SA Power Networks is inviting applications for a Program Director CX Transformation to join the Customer & Strategy team on a 5-year fixed-term basis.Reporting to the Chief Customer & Strategy Officer and in close partnership with the Head of Customer Experience and Head of Enterprise Delivery, the role will lead a multi-million-dollar customer transformation program involving the upgrade of SA Power Networks core customer technologies, including its CRM, website, and customer notification system.This role will provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent project streams to deliver a complex organisational and technological transformation program. It will play a pivotal role in ensuring SA Power Networks services are customer-centric and aligned with the broader strategic goals of the company.
