This is a casual position. The role is fast-paced, requiring both independent work and collaboration to achieve daily targets.What Youll Be DoingOperating a 1 or 2-tonne delivery vehicle safely at all times.Loading your vehicle using safe lifting techniques with pre-sorted orders.Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of products in line with company standards.Conducting pre- and post-shift vehicle safety checks.Communicating with the fleet team regarding any on-shift issues.Working towards daily and weekly performance targets.Contributing to a positive team culture within the fleet and fulfilment teams.What Success Looks LikeStrict adherence to safety policies and procedures to protect yourself, team members, and the public.Meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with the role.Physical fitness to lift and carry orders up to 25kg and perform manual tasks for extended periods.Confidence using technology for scanning parcels and capturing proof-of-delivery photos.Reporting safety incidents/issues immediately to a Supervisor or Manager.About YouHold a valid Class C Australian Drivers Licence with a safe driving record.Familiarity with driving in the Brisbane region (multi-drop courier experience preferred).Experience using a handheld scanning device for deliveries.Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry packages up to 25kg.A reliable and committed work ethic.A friendly nature and ability to provide an excellent customer delivery experience.You do not need to match every expectation to apply for this role.Role locationWe believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. So this role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices (your pet might love coming to the office even more than you).
