Were expanding our team and looking for Plant Operators to help create a cleaner, more sustainable future for our communities.About the RoleJoin our team at the landfill site, where you''ll receive full training to operate a wide range of plant machinery and vehicles. This is a hands-on, full-time role offering long-term stability and opportunities to grow.Your responsibilities will include:Operating a range of machinery to manage and compact waste, including excavators, front-end loaders, compactors, and forklifts.Full training provided, every ticket and license can be provided.Driving site vehicles to transport waste and recyclables across the facilityHandling incoming waste: stockpiling, compacting, and processing materialsScreening and sorting waste to ensure proper disposalWorking across both landfill and transfer station operationsLoading and unloading vehicles, pushing waste, and managing different waste streamsInspecting customer loads to determine appropriate disposal methodsWhat We Offer:$3,000 sign-on bonusMonday to Friday scheduleEarly starts at 6:00am and overtime availableSome work on public holidays and weekendsFull training provided no prior experience neededAll tickets and licences provided as part of your trainingModern fleet, supportive team, and a strong safety cultureCareer development opportunities and variety in your dayWhat Youll Bring:A current drivers licence (held for at least 2 years)Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a hands-on roleA positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safetyPride in your work, your equipment, and your teamWhat Youll Need to Apply:Pass a police check and pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening)REMONDIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
