If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams this is your runway to success.What Youll Do: Be the face of the store set the standard for service and style, maintaining the highest level of coffee quality Create meaningful connections with customers every transaction counts Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards Foster a respectful, values-led culture every dayWhat Were Looking For: Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail and/or hospitality environment Strong communication and coaching abilities Proactive approach and previous experience achieving KPIs and targets Experience with rostering, inventory management, wastage, food safety Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)????
