To achieve this, we have a dedicated Industry Specialisation team comprising of expert bankers across critical sectors, and were looking for someone great to manage our Healthcare portfolio.Our Relationship Directors manage and develop a portfolio of large business connections with lending and focus on winning new-to-bank customers. Youll play a critical role in driving growth and sourcing new clients through your own and bank-developed marketing initiatives and by maintaining a quality referral network. Youll ensure our existing customers needs are met and give them a great experience.Its a high touch role that gives you the chance to work with different specialists across the bank. Internally youll take the lead in coaching and mentoring your team and externally, youll have a high profile and strong market presence.What do I need?We are looking for a seasoned banker with extensive experience in corporate & commercial lending. Strong credit skills are a must, and youll be some experience with complex deal structuring. You will also be supported by a team of analysts and portfolio managers. A natural people-person, you will boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources and brokers.
