Through helplines, websites, and video call solutions, we empower people to manage their health, connect with the right services, and access virtual care when they need it most.About the opportunityJoin Healthdirect as a Program Director leading the delivery of high-impact strategic programs within our Transformation Office. This role is central to driving enterprise-wide change through effective governance, program management, performance reporting, and risk oversight. Youll work across a complex stakeholder landscape, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and supporting the successful execution of transformation initiatives.Were looking for someone with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing program planning, scheduling, and risk managementDriving performance monitoring and clear reporting across projects and governance forumsEnsuring alignment, accountability, and communication across all project teams and stakeholdersEmbedding consistent program management standards, tools and quality controlsFostering a high-performing delivery culture and ensuring transparency in outcomesAbout YouMinimum 8+ years managing complex programs and/or leading a PMOAbility to effectively influence and communicate with all levels of management and program stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective and robust working relationshipsHighly effective planning, administrative and organisational skillsExcellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively to tight deadlinesExperience with project management systemsWhy Join UsAt Healthdirect, our strength lies in our talented and dedicated people.
