This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further. Reporting directly to the FHU CEO, you will provide leadership, direct and manage the Power business and support teams in order to achieve strategic goals and objectives.In this role you''ll be responsible for:Leading the development and implementation of the market entry and longer-term strategic direction of the Power business in partnership with the FHU Senior Leadership TeamGrow, manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative cultureDevelop and implement the Power Client Relationship Management PlanPrepare, manage and deliver upon agreed annual budgetsOversee the internal approval process, preparation and submission of tendersOversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, profitability and schedule requirementsMaintaining and fostering effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.How you''ll connect to the role:Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in engineering, business or management disciplineExtensive experience in a General Manager/ Senior Leadership role, within the Power & Energy sector with a deep understanding of the industry, clients and network of contactsDemonstrated effective leadership skills and the ability to grow, build and motivate a high-performing team with a proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisationExceptional commercial acumen, including experience in budget management, financial forecasting and P&L oversightSkilled in developing and executing start-up, short- and longer-term strategiesAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan''s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
