Within the team, we have members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation, and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work, (e.g. Performance specialists who work across Social & Search).We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 2-3 days per week.YOUR ROLEThis role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. As a leader you are responsible for supervising team workflow to ensure client demands are met, team workloads are balanced and ensuring a high level of effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.Implement media plan & activationsAdvise clients on media channels, best in class approach.Roll our clients comms plans into media.Manage client budgets.Manage a team of two & upskill team members in biddable media channelsYour Ideal Skills & ExperienceYoull thrive in this role if you have a great attitude, attention to detail, the ability work autonomously, and are comfortable leading client meetings and presenting to multiple stakeholders.
