Youll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?As a Senior Product Manager you will support the Pricing and Portfolio Management function and be responsible for driving growth through lending quality, broker experience, product performance and customer retention.Your role will involve designing and delivering new product proposals in collaboration with teams across the Personal Banking Home Lending ecosystem. You will manage and enhance the existing product suite to optimise the customer and broker experience while ensuring our products remain fit for purpose. Additionally, you will oversee intermediary sales and customer retention initiatives, ensuring end-to-end business readiness.
