In this role you will advise the business across a range of matters including board advice and governance, acquisitions, construction and commercial related work. You will also work closely with the executive team to establish a new Board of Directors.This role will suit candidates with significant experience in private practice and in-house across a range of corporate and commercial matters (including disputes), as well as previous company secretarial and board experience.There is a requirement for the role to be based in Melbourne and onsite due to the presence of executive team.
