The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey selecting a new home design and beyond. More specifically, you will:Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display home and ensure the display homes are presented to high standardsSchedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display homeSupport customers through the sales cycle from developing and qualifying leadsProvide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisionsCollaborating with the Sales Consultant to ensure customer service objectives are achievedSupporting your Sales Consultant with administration dutiesAbout youTo be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Arden Homes and NEX Group along with:An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skillsA passion for home design and living spacesA commitment to customer service excellenceIdeally you will have customer service and sales experience in big box retail, any service or related industryAvailability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & public holidaysOur commitmentWe believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being Australia''s number one leading home builder and Employer of Choice in our sector.
