Working with us will be more than just a job; we guarantee a life-changing experience as you step into an environment that moves quickly and presents new challenges daily.Your role within the teamThe Junior Team Experience Assistant will provide vital hands-on support to the Experience Team and overall head office, helping to maintain a positive office environment and supporting employee experience initiatives. This entry-level role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to enhancing workplace culture.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining a well-stocked, organised and welcoming office space, including managing inventory of supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are tidy and functionalPreparing and setting up new starter welcome kits, coordinating onboarding logistics, and assisting with first-day experience touchpointsAssisting in the planning and execution of weekly team lunches, office events, social celebrations, and broader employee engagement activitiesSupporting the rollout of workplace wellbeing initiatives, including mindfulness programs, fitness or nutrition-based activations, and other team experience offeringsActing as an onsite point of contact to support team members, visitors, and external guests, especially when Experience Team colleagues are working remotely or offsiteHelping to collect feedback, brainstorm creative ideas to elevate the day-to-day employee experience, and implement improvements in collaboration with the wider Experience TeamPerforming general administrative tasks such as calendar bookings, room set-ups, light errands, document preparation, or event coordination support as neededDesired Skills & ExperienceWe look for people who have what it takes to make an impact; who can challenge us to go further while pushing themselves to deliver exciting & ambitious results.To make sure were setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:This is an entry-level opportunity, so formal qualifications are not essential.
