This new role plays a key part in making sure our data systems, dashboards, and reports are accurate, accessible, and genuinely useful.The RoleAs part of the Data & Insights team, youll help maintain dashboards, respond to data queries, support data cleaning and validation, and contribute to building a culture of confident, data driven decision making across the organisation.Youll work closely with the Data & Insights Coordinator and report to the Data, Insights & Finance Manager. Youll be someone who enjoys digging into the details, keeping things tidy and accurate, and helping others access and use data in a meaningful way.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love of data, strong attention to detail, and a service mindset, and whos ready to grow their skills as part of a supportive and purpose driven team.In a nutshell, you will:Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualisationsAssist with one-off data requests and help translate raw data into simple insightsHelp validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliabilitySupport data modelling and light analysis under guidanceTroubleshoot access and system issues related to data platformsSupport training and documentation to lift data literacy across the organisationWed love to hear from you if you:Have experience working with data tools like Excel and Power BI (or a strong desire to learn)Are comfortable handling data with care, and have a sharp eye for detailCan communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and ask great questionsAre curious, organised, and like things to be tidy and efficientEnjoy working as part of a team, but also happy managing your own workloadHave a desire to grow your skills in data analytics, reporting, and system improvementUnderstand or are open to learning about the not-for-profit or community sectorReap the BenefitsAt Orange Sky, we want every person to be "Better for Being Orange".
