At UNSW, we pride ourselves on being a workplace where the best people come to do their best work.Why Your Role MattersThe Balloon Launching Station is used to conduct stratospheric balloon flights for research in astrophysics and environmental sciences. From time-to-time international balloon campaigns are conducted from this site. Past campaigns have involved NASA, the Japanese Space Agency JAXA, and the French Space Agency CNES.
