It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.We are actively seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join our growing Events & Banquets team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service during events by assisting with food and beverage setup, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and organized event space. You will work closely with the events team to meet the specific needs of each event, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.A few of your responsibilities:Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage serviceCommunicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchenProvide quality service to all guests in a timely and efficient mannerComplete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work areaMaintain compliance with Responsible Service of AlcoholWhat are we looking for:Previous experience in a customer service roleExceptional communication skillsMaintain a strong guest focus in all servicesPassion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industryAvailable to work across a 24/7 rosterCurrent QLD RSA Statement of AttainmentAbout youYou have a passion for customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
