Apartment HVAC Maintenance TechnicianWe are currently seeking dedicated Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for completing work orders, turning over vacant units, and performing other essential tasks. Experience in the apartment industry and HVAC certification are required.Responsibilities:Complete HVAC service requests and repair orders promptlyPerform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systemsTroubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performanceMaintain material and supply inventoryEnsure the aesthetic appeal of the communityDemonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and maintain good relationsQualifications:Previous experience in HVAC maintenance or related fieldsHVAC certificationFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDetail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlinesReliable transportationProfessional appearanceProven punctuality and reliabilityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAdherence to confidentiality, fair housing laws, and safety requirementsMust pass a comprehensive criminal background checkNote on Certifications and Licenses:EPA Certification: Required by federal law for technicians who handle refrigerants.
