Join to apply for the Beauty Advisor role at The Body Shop1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Beauty Advisor role at The Body ShopThe Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Part Time Beauty Advisor who will be rostered to work 21.25 hours per week on a rotating roster!Week 1 23 hours per week: Monday 11:30-18:30, Friday 11:00-17:30, Saturday 12:30-18:30, Sunday 11:30-16:30Week 2 19.5 hours per week: Tuesday 12:00-16:00, Wednesday 12:00-16:00, Thursday 12:00-18:30, Friday15:30-21:30Your role in a nutshellTo support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.Key DutiesThe Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customers needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.What We Look ForPrevious retail experience is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customersA team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industryConfident in reaching store targets and salesAn active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.Diversity StatementAt The Body Shop, we firmly believe that equality is a human right and that all people should have an equal opportunity to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
