Manage and support a team of Schedulers that produce the rosters for our Home Care Employees in the Nowra RegionPermanent position with guaranteed hours and stability in our Home Care teamMaximise your take-home pay with NFP salary packagingEnjoy a work-life balance with set shifts and hours between Mon-FriSenior Roster Co-ordinator- what''s involved in the role?Full Time opportunity for an experienced Senior Roster Coordinator in our Nowra office to work t9am to 5pm.The role of Roster Coordinator (known internally as a Senior Scheduler) works to provide Scheduling services to all HammondAtHome Nowra areas.Manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency, fairness, and maintaining care workers contract hoursPartnering with Admissions Team, Care Managers and Client Liaison Managers, the Senior Scheduler will follow best practice methods create schedules that meet the needs of clients and staff whilst meeting the requirements of the Enterprise AgreementEnsure wise use of resources in terms of travel, makeup contract hours, overtime and broken shifts. Rostering all education, training, vaccinations and other operational requirements.Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centreExperience in managing your own direct reportsExceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlinesDemonstrate previous experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detailA natural problem solver you have outstanding communication and coordination skillsAbout HammondCareHammondCare specialises in Aged and Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Rehabilitation and mental health services for older people, and other related Health and Aged Care services.
