In this role, you will create and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with participants NDIS goals. Youll work with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborate closely with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to promote sustainable outcomes.This is a hybrid role, involving a mix of clinic-based and community-based work. Youll support clients across various locations throughout Gold Coast, providing flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and review Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirementsConduct functional assessments and deliver evidence-based interventionsProvide training and support to families, carers, and support teamsMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all standardsCollaborate with a passionate, multi-disciplinary teamAbout YouNDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (minimum Proficient level)Experience in Behaviour Support Plan development and Functional Behaviour AssessmentsKnowledge of restrictive practices and Positive Behaviour Support Capability FrameworkStrong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for improving livesDrivers LicenceWhy Join Allied X?
