Stay current with international trends, modern techniques, and emerging products to keep the salons offerings fresh and competitive. Take the lead in training junior stylists and apprentices on technical skills, salon etiquette, and client communication. Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging referrals and loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up. Assist in implementing new salon procedures, promotions, and service innovations that enhance client satisfaction and profitability. Manage time effectively and support the salons scheduling system to minimize wait times and maximize daily bookings. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times. Help maintain salon inventory by identifying product needs and ensuring tools and supplies are well-kept.Skills and Attributes: Exceptional technical expertise in cutting, coloring, Persian hair styling and other hair styling. Strong consultation and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Passion for mentoring and uplifting junior team members. High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced salon environment. Warm, professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining a welcoming salon culture.
