Job Title

As a technician, you are responsible for performing daily scheduled jobs including Basic System Maintenance, Extended Service Plans, replacement fabric installations, system installations, and other general repairs and installation of automatic pool cover systems. You are expected to be punctual, reliable, willing to learn, maintain a positive attitude, keep up with our fast-paced environment, and be dedicated to the goals of our company.Responsibilities:Perform all components of Basic System Maintenance and Extended Service PlansRecognize parts that are worn and need replacementReplace ropes, pulleys, sliders, and guide feeds on all systemsAdjust opening/closing (alignment) of all systemsChange fluids on hydraulic systemsRepair and troubleshoot problems on all systemsChange out cones on all systemsPerform sewing repairs on all systems with sewing awl and sewing machineTroubleshoot electrical problems on all systemsInstall Underguide Cover Systems with standard aluminum, flat aluminum, and stone lidsInstall recessed top guide cover system with standard tracks and flat lidInstall deck mount cover system without a benchInstall a replacement cover with or without a guide conversion package in under 4 hoursInstall underguide track with or without water in the poolReport details of all work performed by making correct notes in the service order in PavinTheWay software, including parts used, time of arrival and completion, attaching pictures, and pre-site measurementsBe available for Saturday and Holiday On-Call Status on a rotational basisArrive at the warehouse within the designated time frameMaintain professionalism during customer interactionsPerform all work with quality and dedicationJob Requirements:Basic knowledge and use of toolsExperience as a technicians assistant with proven ability to work independentlyAbility to follow the direction of the Area leader and work with an assistantGood physical condition, able to lift 50 poundsValid Driver''s License with a good driving recordWillingness to work 10+ hour days, Monday through FridayHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to use/learn to use a smartphone or tablet for reportingThis job posting is active and not expired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
