Backed by a five-year funding commitment, this Bininj-led initiative is trialling innovative approaches to adult education and ranger training, setting a benchmark for on-Country learning.Supported by the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program, the Uni delivers tailored Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital Skills training to enhance job readiness, further education opportunities, and community engagement.The SEE Training & Development Officer will report to the SEE First Nations Program Coordinator and work alongside the Bidwern Butj Uni team and project partners to deliver impactful training across Mimal and Warddeken Land Management. This vital role empowers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to build confidence, identify strengths and transition toward meaningful, sustainable employment.
