The ideal candidate will have good numeric skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be comfortable using Excel spreadsheets to examine data and track your work, and will be comfortable in a digital environment. Some experience of working with HTML and office administration would be useful. However, this is an entry level position and direct experience is not essential.Key Accountabilities To provide administrative support for the editorial team and ensure all work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Compile information for publishing reports (including usage statistics). Schedule journal editorial board meetings and take minutes. Manage abstracting and indexing arrangements. Coordinate website and annual pricing updates. Track author copyright forms and author data.
