You''ll need:Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Minimum 2 years'' experience in a Centre Director/Manager roleStrong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA passion for early childhood education and team developmentCurrent First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and WWCC (or willing to obtain)If you''re ready to lead with purpose and passion in a thriving, community-loved centre apply now with your CV and a short cover letter outlining why you''re the perfect fit.
