Youll be helping them begin their journey with Tribeca. You''ll be the friendly face our clients first meet, you''ll guide them through their crucial first steps as they start building their financial wellbeing, and you''ll create a positive impact on their experience with us.Primary responsibilities:Nail the detail: Be efficient and accurate with data administration systems. Experience with insurance, superannuation, investment providers and Centrelink is a plus.Hold yourself and others accountable Balance warmth and authority to earn both respect and trust while ensuring advisers, clients, and service providers complete their tasks well and on time.Plan and prioritise: Demonstrate strong judgment in establishing your workday routine with the right activities taking priority, while managing your own energy effectively.Be a good Tribe-mate: Show a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in.
