The position is part-time to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate staff rosters and manage daily schedulingLiaise with clients, support workers, and managers to adjust schedules of supportConduct client onboarding meetings and manage intake processes (requires ability to travel across Adelaide often independently)Prepare and maintain accurate NDIS service agreementsHandle phone and email enquiries professionally and warmlyMaintain client records ensuring privacy and confidentiality is maintained.Monitor and action roster changes and timesheetsLiaising with staff, clients, and families to resolve scheduling issues quickly and professionally.Match staff availability with client preferencesUse electronic rostering and client management systemsAssist with general administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and client file management to support the Directors and Service ManagerAbout YouPrevious experience in admin, scheduling or rostering (ideally in disability or aged care) is highly desirableConfidence in conducting client meetings, meeting new people, and managing intake processesExcellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skillsFamiliarity with the NDIS and service agreements (or willingness to learn)Competent with Microsoft Office; experience with VisualCare highly regardedStrong verbal and written communicationPositive, proactive, and team-oriented (can enjoy a laugh!)What We OfferSupportive, inclusive and flexible team environmentOn-the-job training and opportunities for professional developmentA meaningful role supporting individuals with disabilities and the aged to live independentlyRoom to grow in the small but growing Home Assist SA organisationRequirementsNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicleReady to take the next step in your career?Apply now and join a team that truly makes a difference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
