You will lead the day-to day operations of the inbound team ensuring the team provides resolution, support and information to students in a timely manner.You will:ensure the team provides first contact resolution, support and information to students at all stages of their education journey;coach and guide Service Centre Officers as part of continuous improvement processes;develop and implement quality control, system and process improvements; andreport on and evaluate enquiries and statistics.About youReporting to the Senior Manager, Service and Contact Centre you will use your exceptional customer service to independently solve problems while leading a small team ensuring all inbound inquiries are responded to promptly and effectively.You will possess:organisational skills, particularly in the coordination of activities across inbound operations;communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships; andcomputer skills with high proficiency in typing and utilising a CRM database.All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
