Working under the direction of the Forms Officer the Forms Assistant aids in the administration of Forms Management within SAPOL.The Forms Assistant supports the Forms Officer to complete a range of functions within SAPOL including design, implementation, amendment and management of over 1,400 printed electronic and paper-based forms; managing content, printing and stock levels of official SAPOL forms; providing advice, practical assistance, historic forms data and technical support to project teams and business areas; and ensuring forms comply with legislative and system requirements as well as SAPOL General Orders.
